Often, the act of grieving is reserved for the deaths of loved ones and while those are important, we all experience varying degrees of loss daily: relationships, friendships, rejection, older versions of ourselves, our vision for how we thought life would be, etc. But how do we actually grieve? We’re never really taught how to take, give, or hold space in those moments of loss. This week on Carlie’s Couch, we discuss the six stages of grief, finding meaning in these moments, and how to support people who are grieving or experiencing loss.
