158: Worry About Yourself
So often we focus on others: their actions, how they are affecting us, and what they need to do to make amends or make us feel better. We often try to change or control things, people, and external circumstances. In reality, the best way to heal and move forward productively is to worry about yourself, first and foremost. This week, we explore how we get caught in these cycles of blame and control and then discuss actionable ways to reflect back to yourself and practice centering yourself.
